Short Bio
I am a third-year master’s student in Biosystems Engineering at Zhejiang University. My current work focuses on quantitative analysis and representation learning of 3D cell morphology, while my broader research interests center on 3D vision. Before that, I received my B.Eng. in Biosystems Engineering from Zhejiang University.
Research
MorphCell: Reconstructable 3D Cell Morphology Representations
A framework for learning transferable, reconstructable, and interpretable representations of 3D cell morphology. Cross-view reconstruction captures fine-grained local shape, enabling zero-shot transfer across biological datasets.
Tencent Game Algorithm Competition: 3D Motion Reconstruction
Recovered accurate 3D human pose and temporally continuous world-space motion from challenging monocular videos. The training-free system fuses SAM 3D Body pose and shape estimates with GVHMR global trajectories for extreme poses.
Autonomous Cotton-Harvesting Robot
Led the mechanical execution system and visual targeting module of an autonomous miniature cotton-picking robot. Designed the dual-roller end effector and integrated cotton-boll localization with image-to-tool coordinate mapping for automated picking.
